Shipping


A flat rate shipping charge of $8.49 or $15.99 (depending on item weight) will be applied to orders delivered within the continental United States. Certain products are available in-store only, and will be noted accordingly.

For standard shipping, please allow 2 business days for processing and 2-4 business days for transit. Over-sized items, including gaming chairs & monitors, may require additional shipping and handling time. Allegiant Gaming does not provide international shipping as a standard, but please contact us to discuss possible rates and delivery times. If you place on online order for international shipping, a member of our team will contact you to confirm the shipping fee and update the order accordingly. Please note, we do not ship to international forwarding services.

Payments

Allegiant Gaming accepts payment from all major US credit cards, and PayPal (including PayPal financing). Cash payment is accepted in-store. 
We do not accept check payments of any form. 

Order Acceptance and Cancellation

Allegiant Gaming, LLC reserves the right to decline or cancel orders at any time. Notification will be sent via email to the email address you provided when placing your online order.  
 
 

Return Policy

 
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt. 
 

Requirements for a Refund: 

Item(s) must be returned in like new condition, with original packaging and with accessories and paperwork; Chairs must be disassembled.

Open box items subject to 25% restocking fee, and must be in working condition. Special order items subject to 40% restocking fee.
Special order items can only be returned for store credit, and are subject to approval. GFUEL items must be returned unopened. Absolutely no exceptions.

Item(s) must be returned at physical store, or by using an insured and traceable shipping method, at the customer’s expense. Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2019, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2020)

Refunds will be issued back to the form of payment used. Please allow 10-15 days from the time your package is received for our team to inspect and process your return.
