A flat rate shipping charge of $9.99 will be applied to all orders delivered within the United States, with the exception of the following brands which are only available in-store:

  • Vertagear
  • DXRacer
  • RØDE Microphones

Please allow up to 2 business days for processing, and 3-7 business days for shipping.

Allegiant Gaming does not provide international shipping as a standard, but please contact us to discuss possible rates and delivery times.

Return Policy

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us to initiate a return or exchange within 30 days of receipt.

Requirements for a Refund: 

Item(s) must be returned in like new condition, with original packaging and with accessories and paperwork; Chairs must be disassembled.

Open box items subject to 25% restocking fee, and must be in working condition. Special order items subject to 40% restocking fee.
Special order items can only be returned for store credit. GFUEL items must be returned unopened. Absolutely no exceptions.

Item(s) must be returned at physical store, or by using an insured and traceable shipping method, at the customer’s expense.

Returns must be postmarked on or before the 30th day following the date of receipt (i.e., if the receipt has a date of January 1, 2019, the return must be postmarked by January 31, 2020)

Please allow 10-15 days from the time your package is received for our team to inspect and process your return.

Computer Upgrade Policy

Allegiant Gaming Valor & Leviathan Computers come with a 3 Year, 50% Upgrade Policy. Within 3 years of purchase date, receive 50% of your original purchase price, not including tax, to apply towards another Allegiant Gaming computer of greater value and pay the difference. Computer must be in working condition, with all original parts. Please keep track of your receipts for quicker checkout and process times.
